You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item of goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ARTHRO-MEDICAN LTD, 61 Archbishop Makarios III Avenue, Serghides House, Office 102, 6017 Larnaca, Cyprus, Email: info@arthromedican.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

B. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to our return center (ARTHRO-MEDICAN LTD - Depot + Auslieferung, Kurallee 16 / Rieger, 94072 Bad Füssing, Germany), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

C. General Information
1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure the goods are adequately protected from transport damage with suitable packaging.
2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3. Please note that the above points 1 and 2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

D. Extended Right of Withdrawal
We grant you an extended right of withdrawal of 30 days. The conditions for exercising this extended right of withdrawal are the same as for the statutory right of withdrawal, except that the withdrawal period is 30 days. To exercise the extended right of withdrawal, you must return the goods complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

E. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts:
1. For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
2. For the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
3. For the supply of goods that may quickly perish or have an expiration date that would soon be exceeded.
